Dear Buddhist friends,
Nowadays, people think that they should pursue wisdom
after they have learned some Dharma. However, if they know too much about the
Dharma they learned, they will have too much mind of discrimination, this is
not wisdom, but the Dharma they learned becomes a mind of discrimination.
Therefore, after heard and thought, their heart is not only with annoyance but
also with mind of discrimination. The only way to get rid of annoyance is to
use the Dharma what you learned, it is the real wisdom.
Admiration from others should be regarded as spring
breeze which leaves no trace but only endless diligence in terms of courage to
make ourselves to do better. People's disgrace should be regarded as a warming
sign that reminds ourselves whenever we find our mind of disturbance, we have
better opportunity to change ourselves for self-renewal. Understanding this
meaning of mind, then both of them can represent good knowledge of your Guru.
We obtain a precious human body for life. That we can
practice the teaching of what Guru has taught us is the best support for Guru.
Everyone would like to be a good person, a good
disciple, a good Buddhist, but still make mistakes? Or it is because we are
very selfish without giving up self-centeredness. We always think of ourselves
as priority. Without changes, we will always make mistakes. We should always
think of other happiness and goal achievements as priority so that we will not
make mistakes. When you make such progress as a Buddhist disciple, you have
Why are you always unhappy? Why are you always
suffering? It is because you are too focus on "selfness," very
selfishly concern about this word, which make you feel painful. As being a
Buddhist or a person looking for happiness and wealth, you therefore should
learn how to let go of "selfness" to obtain eternal happiness and
wealth. Gradually, you will achieve as Buddha and be able to provide blessing
for all beings.
As Buddhists we deal with all kinds of beings
everyday, how do we deal with it? To all kinds of beings, you should have smile
on your face, show a sense of pleasure in your eyes, have a mouth of polite
words in terms of people's merits, say the words to make others happy, and use
body to serve others all the time. Mostly important, it is your heart that can
provide wealth for others.
